Juvaderm For Marionette Lines Video
This video illustrates the filling of the marionette lines, or the lines running from the corners of the mouth to the jaw line ( these make the patient look like a doll or marionette). With the injection of Juvaderm (or Juvederm), one of the better and more useful facial fillers, the lines disappear almost instantaneously in good hands, and the effect lasts for up to a year.
It is important that adequate anesthesia be given before the injections, either through the use of local anesthetic injection (lidocaine 2%) or applications of ice or local anesthetic gel (such as Emla).
